Everything that happens
between upload and upload.

Short-form videos are edited and delivered in 1 day, and long-form videos in 2 days — whatever the editing style. Captions only or full motion graphics, sound design and colour, the delivery time stays the same. The clock starts once we have your complete footage and a clear brief; for large batches or monthly volumes we agree the schedule in your quote before we start.

After the work is done and you have seen it. We edit your video first, show you the finished result, and you pay only once you are happy with it — nothing upfront. Final files are released when payment is received. Read the full Payment & Revision Policy for the details.

Whatever you already use — Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or Frame.io. Send a link with view access and we'll take it from there. For very large or ongoing projects we'll set up a shared folder structure so you're not re-uploading every week.

Up to three structured rounds, confirmed in your quote, and each round is a full pass rather than a single change. You leave timestamped notes on the preview link, we work through all of them together, and we tell you what changed — all before you pay. Extra rounds are available and quoted upfront, so you'll never be surprised by a revision invoice.

Yes, and it's the fastest way to get what you want. Send two or three videos you like and we'll break down what they actually have in common — pacing, caption treatment, how much motion, how much silence — then apply that logic to your footage rather than copying any single video.

Yes. Short-form vertical content and long-form 16:9 are both core work, and plenty of clients use us for both. Editing a long video and cutting the vertical clips from the same timeline is usually cheaper than commissioning them separately.

Yes — most of our work is ongoing. A monthly arrangement means an agreed video volume, a reserved slot in our schedule, a shared brand and asset library, and a consistent point of contact. It's also where quality gets most consistent, because by month two we already know your style.

Yes. Thumbnail design, title framing and end screens are part of our packaging service, and they're included in the top long-form tier. An edit nobody clicks is an edit nobody watches, so we treat packaging as part of the job rather than an upsell.

Yes — custom animated typography, iconography, UI mockups, data visualisation and bespoke transitions, all built to your brand rather than pulled from a template pack. We can also hand over a reusable animation kit so your team can extend the system on future videos.

Yes. We do white-label overflow editing for agencies and production teams: your brand on the delivery, our team on the timeline, and NDAs signed as standard. It works best as a reserved monthly capacity arrangement so your queue never depends on us having a free slot.

On request, yes. We'll hand over the organised project file and assets so you're never locked into working with us. It's your footage and your video.

Primarily Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with DaVinci Resolve for grading work. If you need project files in a specific format, tell us at the start and we'll work in whatever fits your pipeline.

Yes. Access is via private links, removed when a project closes, and we never use your footage as a portfolio sample without your written permission. NDAs are signed on request at no extra cost.
