01Our website and brand
The design, text, layout, code, graphics and the Editraa name and logo on this website belong to Editraa or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or build on our content, design or code, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
02Your footage and materials
Footage, audio, scripts, logos, brand assets and music you send us stay yours. We use them only to produce your video and do not claim any ownership in them.
By sending material you confirm that you own it or are allowed to use it for this purpose, and that using it will not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights.
03The videos we deliver
Once you have approved a video and paid in full, you own the final delivered video as far as our work in it is concerned, and you may use it as you wish, including commercially, on any platform. Project files are available on request.
Until payment is received, the preview and our edit remain ours and may not be used, published or shared (see the Payment & Revision Policy). Our general techniques, templates and tools stay ours.
04Music, stock footage and other licensed assets
Where we license music, stock footage, sound effects, fonts or templates for your video, they come under the licence terms of the provider. Licences often limit the platform, region, length of use or whether paid promotion is allowed, and we will tell you what applies.
If you supply music or other third-party material, you are responsible for holding the licence that covers the video and every platform you will publish it on. Platforms may take down or restrict a video that uses unlicensed music — that risk sits with the owner of the material.
05Portfolio and sample work on this site
Videos shown on this site are examples of our editing. Footage, music, logos, names and other third-party material that appears in them belongs to its respective owners, and appears here only to show our editing work. No affiliation with, or endorsement by, those owners is implied.
We show a client's project only with their permission, and we remove it from our own channels on request. If you appear in, or own something shown in, a video on this site and want it changed or removed, tell us (see below).
06Reporting a copyright or content concern
If you believe something on this website infringes your copyright or other rights, email team.editraa@gmail.com with:
- What you believe is infringing, and where on the site it appears (a link or page and timestamp).
- What your work or right is, and why you believe the use is not authorised.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and that the information you are giving is accurate.
07What happens next
We take reports seriously. We will acknowledge your message, review it promptly and, where the claim appears valid, remove or disable the content while we look into it. We may contact the person who supplied the material. Knowingly false or misleading claims can have legal consequences for the person who makes them.
08Respecting other people's rights
Please do not send us material that you do not have the right to use, and do not ask us to imitate or recreate a specific copyrighted work in a way that would infringe it. We may decline, or stop work on, a request that appears to infringe someone's rights.
